Fun in the Sun---wishing each of you a wonderful and refreshing summer. Although I was able to take a break and enjoy a wonderful and nourishing scuba diving certification trip with my son Raymond in the Florida Keys, life at JLC has resumed its busy buzz! And for that we thank you all. We continue to be inspired by your commitment to the work and for sharing it with others. We learn as much from you as you do from us and each other. We also wanted to mention that we are thrilled about our upcoming seminar, Leading Teams Using Systems Thinking Perspective---during these challenging and uncertain times this program will surely complement your leadership practice as we delve into how thinking with a systems thinking perspective will enhance our team leadership.
